摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cement coating property of magnesia spinel brick, to reduce radiation heat loss at the time of kiln use and also to reduce a damage of a kiln shell. ;SOLUTION: In the magnesia spinel brick formed from a compound of magnesia and spinel to be main constitutional raw materials and fired at high temp., an affinity to cement is enhanced by incorporating 1.0-4.0wt.% CaO and 0.25-2.0wt.% SiO₂ and also adjusting the chemical composition to the range of 2.0-4.0 in the CaO/SiO₂ and then the cement coating property of the brick at the time of use is enhanced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
