PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and ensure the execution of works by installing a foamed fire-resisting sheet, in which a foamed fire-resisting layer is laminated on the surface of a bendable support sheet, so that the support sheet side is faced to wood. ;SOLUTION: A sheet, etc., made of a bendable flame-retardant or noncombustible metal or alloy are used as a support sheet. Since a foamed fire-resisting layer is formed and carbonized by the generation of a fire, etc., and displays heat-insulating and fire-extinguishing effects, a material capable of being formed of a known paint composition called foamed fire-resisting paints and being mainly composed of the components of six kinds of a binder, a flame retardant, a foaming agent, a carbonizing agent, fillers and a solvent is employed. When foamed sheets are installed onto wood, the support sheet side is wound on wood so as to be faced to wood, the terminal sections of the foamed sheets are superposed, and the superposing sections are riveted and mounted.
