PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame unit capable of shortening the term of works of a concrete building structure and a method of construction. ;SOLUTION: These frames buried into the skeleton concrete of a concrete building structure are unitized by providing a large number of reinforcements 12, 13 arranged in a meshy shape as a whole by mutually crossing and joining the frames, and steel frames 11 connected to the reinforcements 12, 13 and used as the main skeletons and supports of these reinforcements. Since a large number of the reinforcements are united in such a frame unit, the steel frames 11 are employed as the main skeletons, and the mechanical strength of the unit is increased, and factory production is carried out. Since the units of upper and lower floors can be coupled by mutual steel frames in the unit and the steel frames bear the load of the upper floor as supports at that time, forms can be removed without waiting the solidification of the concrete of the lower floor.
