PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cooling gas turbine in which the cooling efficiency is improved by using the steam as the cooling medium of a gas turbine, and the inside is efficiently shaft-sealed from the atmospheric pressure in the surrounding environment by a gland seal part of a gas turbine gland, a steam cooling combined cycle plant using the gas turbine, and its operating method. ;SOLUTION: A steam cooling combined cycle plant 20 comprises a gas turbine plant 21, an exhaust heat recovery boiler 22, and a steam turbine plant 23, and in the plant 20, a hot part of a gas turbine 27 is cooled with steam. The gas turbine 27 is provided with a turbine cooling part 47 to cool turbine parts of the hot part of the turbine with steam, a cooling steam feeding part 44 to feed the cooling steam to the turbine cooling part 47, and a gland seal part 43 to seal the cooling steam feeding part 44 from the atmospheric pressure in the surrounding environment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
