FLUID VIBRATION TYPE FLOWMETER AND MANUFACTURE OF ITS TARGET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely optimize the distance between a nozzle outlet and a target by constituting a target within a body having a box-shaped groove with a flow-in and flow-out ports so that the target position can be adjusted. ;SOLUTION: A pair of channel forming parts 2a and 2b for forming an upper side channel - nozzle part - lower side channel are removably fixed to a box-shaped body part 1 with a flow-in port 1a and a flow-out port 1b by a screw. Also, a target installation stand 4 where a target 3 is formed is fixed to the target groove of a body part 1 so that it can be adjusted. The target installation stand 4 is made of such hard material as stainless steel. Therefore, by using the target installation stand and a target made of a hard material, scratch and deformation can be prevented, thus more accurately obtaining target installation position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
