PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent buckling breakage of a truss base structural body by inserting an engagement member to an end part of a frame chord member to strengthen the frame chord member and after that by connecting it to a hub. ;SOLUTION: One end of an engagement member 7 is inserted to an end part of a frame chord member 2 to be welded and fixed. The other end part of the engagement member 7 is engaged in a slot 8A as an engagement groove formed in an outer circumferential surface of a polygonal cylinder-shaped hub 3A. Rigidity of the frame chord member 2 to the polygonal cylinder-shaped hub 3A is thus strenghtened. Next, as the frame chord member 2 to which the engagement member 7 is inserted is engaged in the slot 8A of the polygonal cylinder-shaped hub 3A to be completely tightly applied, and a long bolt 13 is inserted to a bolt insertion hole 6 bored in a shaft core of the polygonal cylinder-shaped hub 3, and an upper and a lower surfaces of the polygonal cylinder-shaped hub 3A are held by a washer 10 and a ring plate 11 to be tightened by nuts 12.
