ASSEMBLING METHOD OF REINFORCING BAR FOR RC-CONSTRUCTED CIRCULAR CAISSON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor by vertically or spirally forwarding reinforcing bars to lower sections respectively from a horizontal-reinforcement drum installed at the center of the upper section of the place of the assembly of the reinforcing bars and a vertical-reinforcement drum mounted on the outer circumferential section of the upper section and cylindrically assembling the reinforcing bars. ;SOLUTION: A vertical-reinforcement FRP rod-shaped body 2 is wound on the outer circumferential section of the upper section of the place of the assembly of reinforcing bars, and a plurality of vertically rotatable vertical-reinforcement drums 2a are arranged radially. A horizontal-reinforcement FRP rod-shaped body 3 is wound at the center of the upper section of the place of the assembly of the reinforcing bars, and a horizontally rotatable horizontal-reinforcement drum 3a is disposed. The vertical-reinforcement drums 2a and the horizontal-reinforcement drum 3a are turned at the same time as the sinking operation of a circular caisson 1 corresponding to one lot or after the completion of sinking operation, the vertical-reinforcement FRP rod-shaped body 2 is forwarded vertically to a lower section while the horizontal- reinforcement FRP rod-shaped body 3 is sent out spirally to the lower section, and the reinforcing bars corresponding to one lot are assembled cylindrically.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
