PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily screw-fit and connect a receiving tool arranged on the suction-discharge port side of a vacuum car having a suction-discharge tank and a hose side installing tool to each other. ;SOLUTION: A receiving tool 1 of a suction pipe and a discharge pipe of a receiver tank of a vacuum car or the like has a seat board 10 having a liquid passing hole 11, and has a bolt hole. A connecting pipe 13 is arranged in an outer peripheral part of the liquid passing hole 11, and engaging pins 18 are arranged in two places on its inside surface. A handle bar is arranged on an outer peripheral surface of a fitting pipe 20 of an installing tool 2, and engaging grooves 21 corresponding to the engaging pins 18 are arranged in a pipe port wall part of the fitting pipe 20, and are composed of vertical grooves 211 formed in the pipe lengthwide direction in an almost L-shape and two horizontal grooves 212 formed in the same direction in the pipe circumferential direction. An O-ring 24 is installed in an installing groove 23 of the fitting pipe 20, and a spiral groove 26 is arranged on its inner peripheral surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
