GRATING CRIB, COMPOSITE GRATING CRIB AND EXECUTION METHOD OF REINFORCING BANKING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect crib materials and a reinforcing member surely by forming rectangular grating cribs by using the crib materials with approximately orthogonal two sides and forming grooves, in which engaging projections or engaging bodies are fixed, to the outer circumferential surfaces of the upper and lower frame materials. ;SOLUTION: A crib material 10, which comprises a short side 11 and a long side 12, in which a sectional shape is formed in an L shape and which is made of a zinc-plated steel plate, is formed. Rectangular grating cribs 1 are formed by using the crib materials 10. Welded wire gauzes 30 made of a zinc-plated steel wire are welded to the grating cribs 1, and composite grating cribs are formed. The composite grating cribs are superposed vertically under the state, in which a geogrid material 2 is held, while projected warp 32 constituting the band-shaped edges of the welded wire gauzes 30 is pierced to the meshes of the geogrid material 2 and the geogrid material 2 is fixed. Banking is conducted on the geogrid material 2, and the installation of the composite grating cribs and the geogrid material 2 and the banking are repeated, thus constituting a reinforcing banking.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
