BOARD SURFACE PUTTY PROCESSING METHOD INCLUDING REINFORCED JOINT PROCESSING OF JOINT AREA IN FIRE RESISTIVE PLASTER BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide a stably uniformed finishing effects by applying a specific paint which forms an uneven shape before the execution of finished putty work with its projected area as a gauge. ;SOLUTION: Thick-walled putty is applied to the surface of a board by moving a pellet grindingly on the surface, thereby producing a smoothed surface. Then, mesh-like joint tape is pasted on a joint. Then, the whole surface of the board is finished with a roller with a reinforced gauge primer so as to produce an orange peel. Furthermore, with finish putty, the projected surface of an dented uneven area in a primer processing process is struck with a pallet, thereby executing the putty work so as to fill the orange peel. Since the thickness of the finish putty is almost uniformly finished in this finish putty work, there is no marked joint of a pallet or a marked offset area so that the surface may be finished by applying paper lightly.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
