PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ozone gas analyser having high handling operability by reducing the conventional lengthy cell by utilizing the reflection of a light by a mirror. ;SOLUTION: The light emitted from a light source (ultraviolet ray) 1 is transmitted to a mirror 5 provided at the opposed surface of a cell 3 in the lengthwise direction through a half-mirror 2 and reference ozone gas or measuring sample ozone gas 4 filled in the cell 3, reflected and arrives at an ozone gas measuring sensor 6 via a half-mirror 2 provided at the front surface of the cell 3. Thus, since the length of the cell can be reduced to about 1/2 of that of the conventional cell, a low concentration ozone gas analyser having fast response, a light weight and high handling operability can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
