PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a whole system without deterioration of the operating performance or increase of according to the cost. ;SOLUTION: A guide mechanism of a slider 6 is provided with a guide rail 22 to guide the slider 6 moving along the longitudinal direction of a cylinder tube 2 which is a slider supporting body. A guide rail storage part 21 is provided on one of the cylinder tube 2 and the slider 6 on the sliding surface of the cylinder tube 2 with the slider, and the guide rail 22 is stored therein. Bearing rows 26, 27 which are brought into slidable contact with the guide rail 22 are provided on the other of the cylinder tube 2 or the slider 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
