It is preferable that either of 0.02-1.0% Cu and 0.1-2.0% Zn and/or 0.001-0.05% Ti is further incorporated into the above composition. After ordinary hot rolling is applied to this alloy, warm rolling is applied while regulating rolling and rolling finishing temps. to 80-200°C.
