PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplexing optical system which is necessary to speedingly and precisely transform inputted information into effective feature vectors without omitting spatial frequency components of multiplexed process object vectors, and a feature vector converter using the system. ;SOLUTION: The multiplexing optical system performs Fouier transformation of the vector information in parallel which is the multiplexed process object on an input surface R using Fourier transformation lenses 30 that conduct parallel Fourier transformations.
