PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation pattern widening light from a light emission end of an optical fiber in the radiational direction and distributing it in the longitudinal direction. ;SOLUTION: A chip 20 contains an inside core and an outside cover, and they form a light guide. The outside cover is communicated so as to be taken out from the core by meeting with the revision of the internal surface in contact with the core. The taken out light is transmitted to the outside along the length of the chip to be used for irradiating a selected object or member 22.
