PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate laying of a large size concrete block. ;SOLUTION: A protrusion 3 is formed on a base surface 1 on which a large size concrete block product (a) is set, at a position against which the lower surface gravitational center position 2 of the concrete block product (a) or a position therearound abuts, so that the large size block product (a) is floated up from the base surface 1. The concrete block product (a) is set on the product 3 with which the gravitational center position 2 or a position therearound of the large size concrete block product (a) is aligned. A bottom panel 4 of the large size concrete block product (a) is held in a predetermined horizontal or inclined posture through balancing motion of the large size concrete block product (a) with respect to the protrusion 3.
