PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the measuring period for each memory capacity and complete data transmission in a short time by storing and transmitting only the harmonic data in the order that the percentage content is the reference value set in advance or above. ;SOLUTION: A CPU 10 applies the high-speed Fourier transformation process to sampling data to obtain harmonic data and writes them into an IC memory card 9 in sequence. A clock circuit 17 counts the present date and hour and sends an interrupt signal to the CPU 10 at each set measuring cycle. The CPU 10 executes an interrupt process when this interrupt signal is inputted. A communication interface 18 transmits the measured result to a data processing device connected to a communication line. Only the harmonic data in the order that the percentage content is the reference value set in advance or above are transmitted. The data of the content value and phase in the order that the percentage content is below 0.1% are neither stored nor transmitted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
