PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to purify waste water, such as waste water after car washing, which is usually hardly recyclable, and to supply the waste water as the recyclable water to the original water utilization equipment, etc. SOLUTION: The waste water contg. a large amt. of impurities of non- dissolved components and dissolved components including wax components, chemical detergent components, etc., like the waste water of car washing is stored in a first water tank. A first filter means 23 removes the impurities of the non-dissolved components included in the waste water in a first water tank 22. A second filter means 24 removes the impurities of the dissolved components further from the water from which the impurities of the non- dissolved components are removed by a first filter means. This water is then stored in a second water tank 25. The washing water from which the impurities, such as wax components and chemical detergent components, included in the waste water of car washing is stored in the second water tank and, therefore, this washing water is supplied to the water utilization equipment, such as car washing equipment, and is recycled.
