PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of working fluid to a machining tank outside by providing a door opening/closing an opening part of the machining tank, a pipe type elastic member which seals a clearance between the door and the machining tank opening part, when the door is closed, and a fluid controller which fills and discharges the fluid into/from the pipe type elastic member. ;SOLUTION: The subject device is provided with a machining tank 12, and machining fluid 18 is stored in the machining tank 12, in which an opening part 20 is arranged, while a door 22 is installed movably upward/downward in front of the machining tank 12 so as to close the opening part, 20. A seal member 24 is installed in the machining tank 12 along the opening part 20, a pipe type elastic member 30 is installed in the machining tank 12 along the seal member 24, and a fluid supply means 32 supplies fluid to the pipe type elastic member 30. When the fluid is supplied to the pipe type elastic member 30 by means of the fluid supply means 32, the pipe type elastic member 30 is expanded and presses the door 22 toward the machining tank direction so as to compress the seal member 24, so that the working fluid 18 is prevented from leaking and can be stored.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
