PURPOSE: To produce an Ni-base corrosion- and wear-resistant alloy excellent in corrosion resistance and having high strength by specifying respective contents of W and B and also providing a structure consisting of binding phases composed essentially of Ni and dispersedly arranged hard phases of compound boride. ;CONSTITUTION: This alloy is an Ni-base alloy with corrosion resistance and wear resistance, having a composition consisting of, by weight, 25-65% W, 0-5.5% Si, B in the amount in the range where the atomic ratio of B to W is regulated to 0.5-1.5, and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities. Further, this alloy has a structure consisting of binding phases composed essentially of Ni and dispersedly arranged hard phases of double boride W2NiB2.
