PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the mixing state or granular state of inorganic powder and organic binder on the basis of the covering state of an organic binder film against the inorganic powder by observing a mixed substance or granule mainly comprised of inorganic powder and organic binder with a transmission microscope. ;SOLUTION: Ceramics powder (MgO, Al2O3, SiO2, TiO2, etc., independently, or combined) and metallic powder (Si, Fe, Al, Mg, etc., independently, or combined) are used for inorganic powder to be mixed. As an organic binder, a parafin wax, microcrystalline wax, fluidized parafin, etc., are used, for example, without definition. A mixed substance or granule is partly added with a water, and an ultrasonic wave is emitted thereto to diffuse particles, then the state thereof is observed with a transmission microscope. The state wherein the organic binder covers the inorganic powder is visually observed through its picture, and it is confirmed whether or not the surface of the inorganic powder is covered uniformly and as desired.
