PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the suspension state of an arithmetic unit and to improve the efficiency of the entire analysis by providing both shared memory for holding the information of the boundary part of partial areas and distributed memories for holding the information of the respective partial areas. ;SOLUTION: A computer 11 is provided with the arithmetic units 12, distributed memories 13 installed individually in the respective arithmetic units, the shared memory 14 shared by the respective arithmetic units, an arithmetic operation end judgement device 15 and devices 16 to 18 for reading and writing respective data. Partial area data are respectively stored in the distributed memories 13 and the data for tentatively defining the boundary of the respective partial areas are stored in the shared memory 14. A certain arithmetic unit is in charge of the calculation of a certain area and the data of the area are held in the distributed memories 13 accompanying the respective arithmetic units. The calculated result of the area is written in the shared memory 14. The respective arithmetic units periodically refer to the shared memory 14 and perform the calculation again when even a part is changed in boundary conditions.
