PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform a rescue by surely reporting victim's whereabouts to rescuers at the time of an accident in mountain climbing, etc. ;SOLUTION: A shrunk balloon B is integrally fitted while keeping air tightness on the side of a jetting port 1a of a light gas cylinder 1 filled with gas such as helium gas of specific gravity extremely smaller than that of air, and one end part of a connection strap 2 is linked at the suitable position of the light gas cylinder 1. At the time of accident, the balloon body B is expanded by gas, with which the light gas cylinder 1 is filled, and the expanded balloon body B and the light gas cylinder 1 are integrally floated in the air while holding the connection strap 2 on the victim side so that the place of accident can be reported.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
