PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enucleated organ housing bag which is capable of easily and rapidly housing the organs into a housing bag and to make it possible to smoothly and surely expand this housing bag in the celom. SOLUTION: A guiding cylindrical part 40 opened to face the aperture 45 of a bag body 43 or an organ insertion port 45a thereof is formed at this bag body. The bag body is provided with a cylindrical part 46 for access opened to face the inner peripheral surface of an org. housing section 62. This guiding cylindrical part 40 is mounted and fixed to an inside guiding member 47 formed to a straight cylindrical shape. An outside guiding member 49 is mounted onto this inside guiding member 47. The inside guiding member 47 is internally provided with a bulging member 52 which elastically expands at its front end. This bulging member 52 is housed in the inside guiding member 47. The housing bag 42 is housed in the outside guiding member 49. The inside guiding member 47 is pushed in by pressing a grip 54a, by which the housing bag 42 is pushed outside from the outside guiding member 49. The bulging member 52 is then opened outward, by which the housing bag 42 is expanded.
