PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent creeping of a taper barrel and to easily fix the taper barrel at a member to be fastened by a method wherein a taper part and a flange part are engaged with the hole surface of the member to be fastened only by dropping the taper barrel in the hole of the member to be fastened, having a hole taper part and only by driving from the flange part side of the taper barrel. ;SOLUTION: A taper barrel 1 comprises a taper part 101 having an outer surface formed in a conical trapezoidal shape; a flange part 102 formed at the terminal end on the expansion side of the taper part 101 in such a manner to protrude from the taper part 101 and having a plane crossing the axial direction of the taper part 101; and a female screw 104 being an extension part extending in the axial direction of the taper part 101.
