PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cassette for precision substrates for automatically and reliably taking out the precision substrates by such automatic machine as a robot without making complex, for example, a molding device. SOLUTION: A gas injection module 41 which is connected to such a gas supply source as nitrogen gas is provided at a molding device 30 for forming a cassette 10. Then, while a melted resin for formation is injected into the cavity 10 for forming the cassette of the molding device 30 or after the melted resin is injected into the cavity 10, a cavity is formed in a thick rib where the positioning groove of the cassette 10 is formed by injecting a gas from the gas injection module 41 before the melted resin is completely hardened.
