PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the adhesive strength of a plastic laminated paper between a plastic film and a Kraft paper and also the impulse dielectric breakdown strength of the plastic laminated paper when formed into an oil-immersed insulator such as an OF cable. ;SOLUTION: A Kraft paper 1 to be pasted to a plastic film 2 is formed in multilayers, or in two or more layers, consisting of a layer 1a with a low density of 0.7g/cm3 or less and a layer 1b with a high air resistance of 1000 Gurley/second or more. It is put together with the low-density layer 1a to be put in contact with the plastic film 2 and the high-air resistance layer 1b to be exposed to the surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
