PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a magnetic anisotropic resin coupled magnet and a magnetic anisotropic resin coupled magnet excellent in magnetic characteristics by high orientation and high density of a resin coupled magnet by a compression molding method. ;SOLUTION: Material powders composed of magnet powders having magnetic anisotropy and thermosetting resin powders are filled into a mold capable of controlling heat and a magnetic field, and a magnetic field is applied under a heated condition to orientate magnetic powder particles while molding by compression by pressurizing. Thereafter, a compact is hardened. Further, this process comprises steps of deaerating vapor such as gas during molding, adding an ultrasonic oscillation and further controlling a pulse magnetic field. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a magnetic anisotropic resin coupled magnet having a maximum energy product ((BH)max) of 80% or more of a theoretical value of a maximum energy product ((BH)max) of a magnet composed of magnetic powders 100%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
