PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cash from being stolen by covering a cash keeping house with a multi-layer metal plate having more than two layers composed of a surface layer made of stainless steel plate and a gas turbulence hastening layer which has prescribed thickness and is set between the layers for making gas cutting impossible. ;SOLUTION: A multi-layer metal plate 1 is formed by laminating a stainless steel plate 1a, a gas turbulence hastening layer 2 and common steel plate 1b. In addition, as occasion demands, the gas turbulence hastening layer is set between the common steel plates 1b, and aluminum plates are laminated to form the multi-layer metal plate having two or more layers. The gas turbulence hastening layer 2 is formed of material to display action to disturb a gas flow in the case of gas cutting of natural resin, synthetic resin and rubber or the like, and its thickness is set up as 0.1-1.5mm. A cash keeping house or the like for a cash automatic paying machine and a vending machine is covered with the multi-layer metal plate 1, and even when an offender intends to gas-cut the keeping house, it can not be cut in a short time.
