PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the limitation that the wiring work of a stepping stone part must be performed before the finishing work of an unfloored part by providing an electric wiring space for containing an electric equipment within a stepping stone panel, and forming a wiring hole on its side plate. SOLUTION: A step panel body 3 formed of a flat box-like body has a wiring space formed therein and a relay terminal 6. Notch parts as wiring holes 5 are formed on four side plates 2, respectively, and a cylindrical reinforcing rib 9 is provided in a proper position of the upper plate 1 of the stepping stone panel. A waterproof member is arranged in the notch part. A plurality of step stones are arranged, and the relay terminals 6 are mutually connected by a wire, whereby electricity can be supplied to exterior goods such as a gate lamp, electric lock or the like from a house side power source. The stepping stone panel may be formed of an upper case having an upper plate and four side plates and a lower case having a lower plate and four side plates, which cases are combined together. A snow melting heater may be provided within the stepping stone, or the upper plate 1 may made light permeable to provide a luminaire.
