PURPOSE: To set up a fall preventive means easily to an elevated railway bridge and execute construction work with safety and ease by attaching a fixing means to sleepers placed with a specified spacing respectively and installing a scaffolding between these fixing means and mounting a handrail member. ;CONSTITUTION: A support frame of a fixing means 1 is inserted in and fixed with the end of sleepers which constitute a railroad track, thereby fixing a fixing material of the fixing means 1 with the sleepers and installing erectingly the support member to the other end of the fixing member. This fixing means 1 is fixed and attached with the sleepers at least at two locations with a specified spacing. A scaffolding board 30 is installed between frames 3 of the fixing members of the fixing means 1 thus attached. A handrail member 30 is mounted between support members of the fixing means 1. This construction makes it possible to install a fall preventive means to an elevated railway bridge easily and execute construction work with safety as well.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
