DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING PENETRATION AMOUNT OF PILE DRIVING

摘要

PURPOSE: To automatically measure amounts of penetration of pile driving at a place remote from a site by a method wherein distance of a target prism on a pile driving head is measured by an electronic distance meter and distance data is computed by an operation means to record the computation by means of an operation result record means. ;CONSTITUTION: After connecting a pile 1 to the lower part of a pile driving head 3 suspended by a crane of a base machine 2, the pile 1 is forced into the ground E by the driving action of the head 3. And as the head 3 is lowered, an electronic distance meter 7 directs its projecting.receiving face toward a target prism 6 disposed on the head 3 to successively measure oblique distances, vertical angles, and horizontal angles during the time from the start of driving of the head until the completion thereof. And data measured by the meter 7 is sent to the base machine 2 and inputted into a receiver 9 of a personal computer 8. Further the personal computer 8 computes penetration depth of the pile 1 to display the result of computation on a display 8b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
