STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING FALL OF PRETREATING SECTION OF CRUDE REFUSE TREATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically transfer the crude refuse subjected to a crushing and drying treatment in a pretreating section to a crude refuse treating section by lifting and transversely moving the pretreating section alongside the crude refuse treating section and to prevent the fall of the pretreating section by detecting the breakage of chains for lifting. SOLUTION: The crude refuse treating device A is constituted by disposing the crude refuse treating section 2 which is placed on a stand 1 and subjects the crude refuse to a fermentation treatment, the pretreating section 3 which subjects the crude refuse to the crushing and drying treatment and a lifting and transverse moving section 4 which vertically moves and transversely moves the pretreating section 3. Incidentally, this lifting and transverse moving section 4 is so constituted that a lifting and supporting machine frame 47 is freely transversely movably placed along a pair of front and rear guide rails 46 laid on a supporting frame 45 fixed on a floor surface F and that a lifting frame 48 is lifted along this lifting and supporting machine frame 47 by a lifting mechanism. An auxiliary wire 90 is interposed between the lifting and supporting machine frame 47 and the lifting frame 48 and a means 91 for detecting the breakage of the chains for lifting is disposed at this wire. The lifting driving mechanism is so constituted that the mechanism may be stopped according to the result of the detection.
