PURPOSE: To permit a user to accurately and sensitively observe the intermediate or ending point of a chemical effect in accordance with the variation of coloration by a method wherein during the existence of a chemical and/or a solvent, the reaction of a color developer to an electronic donative coloration organic compound is suppressed to prevent coloration and when the chemical and/or solvent is vaporized, the coloration is taken place. ;CONSTITUTION: A chemical effect indication compound comprises a nonaqueous vaporization chemical, a nonaqueous vaporization solvent, a nonaqueous coloration organic compound having an electronic donation property and nonaqueous color developer having an electronic reception property.
