CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR LEVELING FOUNDATION UPPER SURFACE OF BUILDING SUCH AS HOUSE AND LEVELING ADJUSTER THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of leveling techniques and execution work by temporarily securing leveling adjusters to forms, tensioning and fixing a strut between the mounting plates of the leveling adjusters, placing a concrete foundation horizontally inside the forms, and removing, after the concrete foundation is fixed into place, the forms and a magnetic substance for temporary fixing. ;SOLUTION: The level line 3 of a foundation upper surface is set on the inside surfaces of forms 1, 1' by means of a leveler. Leveling adjusters 10, 10' are mounted and fixed along the level line 3. The leveling adjusters 10, 10' are constructed of inverted L-shaped metallic plates and provided with a horizontal plate 4. Each mounting plate is suspended in a perpendicular direction from one side edge of the horizontal plate 4 and integrated with the horizontal plate 4. A magnetic substance 11 for temporary fixing is magnetically attached to a recess in the anchored part of each mounting plate. A strut 12 is tensioned and fixed between grooves 8, 8' provided in the mounting plates of the leveling adjusters 10, 10' on both sides of the forms 1, 1'. While the leveling adjusters 10, 10' anchored between the forms 1, 1' serve as a top face, concrete is placed, and then the top face 9 of the leveling adjusters 10, 10' is leveled. After a concrete foundation is set, the forms 1, 1' and the magnetic substance 11 for temporary fixing are removed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
