PURPOSE: To provide a method for evaluating the introduction effect of an information system, specially, a method for evaluating qualitative effect about how a transaction process changes from the point of view of a system user according to a qualitative evaluation standard. CONSTITUTION: This system consists of a computer 201 which performs processes for file reading, file output, and evaluation of the introduction effect of the information system, a storage device 204 which is connected to the computer 201 and stores information for evaluating the introduction effect of the information system, an input device 203 which inputs the information for evaluating the introduction effect of the information system, and an output device 202 which outputs the information for evaluating the introduction effect of the information system.
