PURPOSE: To accurately monitor the number of pachinko balls (remaining number of balls) circulating in an independent island and to solve a problem of ball shortage, etc., by providing the island with an independent island residual ball arithmetic part which calculates the remaining number of balls in the independent island and a display device to display the calculated remaining number of balls in the independent island. ;CONSTITUTION: A refilling ball refilled in each pachinko board P1 which comprises the independent island is counted by a refilling ball counter S1, and stored in buffer memory 21 transiently. Similarly, an out ball is counted by an out ball counter O1, and stored in buffer memory 22 transiently. Moreover, a rental ball lent from a ball rental machine 18 is counted by a rental ball counter L1, and stored in buffer memory 20 transiently, and a premium ball is counted by a jet counter LC, and stored in buffer memory 23.
