PURPOSE: To enhance the working efficiency by providing an air compressor device for operating an actuator, so that all the adjustment of a rock drill and the operation of attachments can be enabled in the state seated in the driver's seat. ;CONSTITUTION: An installation space 24 is provided to the side of the driver's seat C of an excavator body 10, and an air compressor device 3 is installed in this installation space 24. When a shovel type excavator 1 is moved, all the power of the excavator 1 is sent to a driving part for moving it to specific place. Then, while moving a boom 20 and an arm 22, the excavator 1 is set, and by the operation in the driver's seat the oil line is changed over so as to supply oil to a hydraulic motor 32. Then, the hydraulic motor 32 is turned to drive a compressor body 30, and high-pressure compressed air is supplied to a rock drill M being an actuator via an air hose 4.
