PURPOSE:To unnecessitate mounting an another ground capacitor, and to simplify a constitution by forming a plate-shaped part as a thin constitution, and preparing a ground capacity between the conductor film of a groove due to the resonator hole and the conductor film at the opposite face. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric block in which a rectangular parallelpiped-shaped part 32 and a plate-shaped part 34 which is thinner than the rectangular parallelpiped-shaped part 32 are constituted to be an almost L-shape as a whole viewed from the direction of an edge face (the direction indicated by a void arrow), and the plate-shaped part 34 is continuously integrated with the rectangular parallelpiped-shaped part 32 so that the both faces of the plate-shaped part 34 can have differences in level 41 and 43, is used for a dielectric resonator 30. The plate-shaped part 34 projecting from this rectangular parallelpiped- shaped part 32 works as the mounted substrate of concentrated constant elements, and it is the thin constitution so that the ground capacity can be prepared between a conductor film 40 of the groove due to a resonator hole 36 and the conductor film 40 of a ground face 45. Thus, it is not necessary to constitute an another ground capacitor, and the constitution can be simplified.
