PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which is excellent in heat stability, can be processed temperature and can be molded by many processes by adding a small amount of a phosphoric anhydride or a phosphate compound to a thermoplastic polyurethane resin. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is obtained by adding 0.001-0.1wt.% phosphoric anhydride and/or phosphate compound (e.g. 2-ethylhexyl acid phosphate) to a thermoplastic polyurethane resin. This composition is so excellent in heat stability that it can be processed in a wide temperature range and can be easily applied to many molding processes such as extrusion molding, injection molding and blow molding. It can be melt-mixed with another resin of a relatively high processing temperature without degradation, so that many blend polymers can be prepared.
