PURPOSE: To form a decorative facing on a precast concrete plate after molding and curing, easily and at a specified part in accordance with design plans. ;CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete plate is molded by charging concrete into a form and curing it. A molded precast concrete plate constitutes a concrete form which bears the structural yield strength of a building as a flooring 11A, a shingle 11B or a wall plate 11C. After molding and curing, the concrete as- placed finish face of the precast concrete plate is ground and polished for finishing using a grinding machine by selecting the desired part of the plate, in accordance with an installation site for the assembly. The decorative facing shows a designed pattern consisting of smoothly ground gravel contained in the precast concrete plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
