Transfer of facilities possible resort hotel

PURPOSE:To aim at transporting a resort hotel building from one resort to another resort and installing the same, by forming an tunnel section in the base section of the building which may stand against shipment so that the building is raised by means of an elevatable bed on a vehicle in order to load and unload a rolloff type ship. CONSTITUTION:A resort hole building 7 may be divided into several blocks which may be assembled, for shipment, and tunnel sections 9 are formed in the base section 8 of each block. A conveying vehicle 6 has an elevatable cargo bed so that the vehicle enters the tunnel sections 9 to raise the building 7 in order to convey the same to a quay at which the vehicle is rolled on to a ship 1. The building 7 is fastened. With the repetition of the abovementioned steps. all buildings 7 are loaded on the ship 1. Then the buildings 7 are transported to another resort where the building 7 are to be installed, and are rolled off and conveyed by the vehicles 6 to the resort where the building are set. With this method, the resort hotel buildings may be transported between two resorts one of which is in-season and the other one of which is off-season, thereby it is possible to enhance the operation factor of the hotel buildings.
