Poly wavelength oscillation erbium dope optical fiber ring lasers

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an erbium dope optical fiber ring laser for oscillating at a plurality of tunable oscillating wavelength at a narrow spectrum width in a single longitudinal mode. ;CONSTITUTION: A multi-wavelength oscillating erbium doped optical fiber ring laser 1 inserts and connects an erbium dope optical fiber 2. a dichroic mirror 4 for receiving an exciting light from an exciting light source 3, and an isolator 6 into and to a common optical fiber path 5. Individual optional fiber paths 8a, 8b, 8c are stipulated between couplers 7a and 7b in a part of a path 5 and are connected in parallel to each other. The paths 8a, 8b, 8c are provided so, and a narrow band filter 9a and an attenuator 10a are inserted into and connected to each path.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
