PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by connecting small beams independently separated from a large beam to pillars at four corners with tie rods, constructing a floor slab on the small beams, and reducing the load burden of the large beam. CONSTITUTION:Four corners of small beams 6 formed in a small rectangular frame shape analogous to a floor slab 5 are connected in the 45 deg. direction with mating pillars 1 and tie rods 7, and the floor slab 5 is constructed on the beams 6. The load of the floor slab 5 is directly supported by the pillars 1 through the beams 6 and the materials 7, and the load burden of a large beam 4 is reduced. The floor height can be designed low, and the cost can be reduced.
