PURPOSE: To provide a method for increasing hair, capable of readily and efficiently tying human hair or artificial hair for increasing hair to a user's hair without requiring skill. ;CONSTITUTION: The method for increasing hair comprises a process for winding hair for increasing hair on a hollow plastic stick and tying the hair to the stick, a process for making one side of a monofilament yarn into a loop state and holding a linear monofilament extending from the other end to the loop on the former monofilament yarn, a process for inserting the holding sides of both the monofilament yarns into the hollow part of the hollow plastic stick, slipping and moving the hair for increasing hair by one unit to both the monofilament yarns and taking out the whole yarns from the hollow plastic stick, a process for inserting a bored bead from the rear end of the linear monofilament yarn, inserting a user's hair into the loop, extracting it from the linear monofilament yarn while moving the bored bead and further taking out the hair for increasing hair from the loop of the monofilament yarn, and a process for stretching both ends of the hair for increasing hair tied to the user's hair in the mutually opposite directions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
