PURPOSE: To provide an intracutaneous needle for acupuncture and moxibustion which can be easily stuck and fixed by attaching a wing-like winding crown which is formed in such a manner as to be nipped by fingertips to stick a needle to the base end of a needle body, and to obtain a handy intracutaneos needle set by combining the above intracutaneous needle and an exclusive sticking plaster. ;CONSTITUTION: An intracutaneous needle for acupuncture and moxibustion comprises a needle body 11 and a wing-like winding crown 12 formed on the base end in such a manner as to be nipped by fingertips to stick a needle. At this time, the wing 12 is formed by a flexible material such as soft resin, rubber or the like. The needle body 11 is held by insert forming. The wing 12 is formed by a cylindrical part 12a for covering the base end of the needle body 11 and a skin contact surface 12b extended from the cylindrical part, and the projecting and recessed parts are formed on the skin contact surface 12b. The intracutaneous needle set is formed by storing an intracutaneous needle and a plaster 13 in the inside of a case.
