PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and to prevent production of dust by running a travel body through a first rope while running the travel body in the opposite direction through a second rope then winding/rewinding a cable around/ from a cable drum and advancing a roller into a travel path in order to hold the cable. CONSTITUTION:When a drum 41 is driven to wind a first rope 61, a cable drum unit 50 moves to the drum 41 side and a second rope 62 is fed out. When the cable drum unit 50 moves, a travel body 30 also moves to the drum 41 side. When the drum 41 is driven in the opposite direction and the second rope 62 is wound, the travel body 30 travels and the first rope 61 is fed out. Consequently, the cable drum unit 50 is pulled by a third rope 63. A roller holds the cable 56 without impeding travel of the travel body 30.
