RESPONSE CONTROL STRUCTURE OF BUILDING WITH PILE FOUNDATION

摘要

PURPOSE: To prevent damage by an earthquake motion by disposing response control devices among each pile and a foundation in response control structure consisting of a plurality of the piles for obviating the settlement of the foundation, the response control devices, the foundation and upper structure. ;CONSTITUTION: In the constitution of piles 1, response control devices 2, a foundation 3 and upper structure 4 in response control structure corresponding to multiinputs, the piles 1 are driven directly into the ground for obviating differential settlement while the response control devices 2 are installed among the piles 1 and the foundation 3, thus reducing and equalizing an earthquake motion from each pile 1 before the earthquake motion reaches the foundation 3, then peventing the rupture of the foundation 3. Even when vibrations in different modes are transmitted to each pile 1, these vibrations are reduced and can be transmitted to the foundation 3 by the status of the ground under the foundation by mounting the response control devices 2 at the places among the piles 1 and the foundation 3, and strain generated in the foundation 3 is eliminated, thus preventing damage by the earthquake motion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
