PURPOSE:To provide a rear wheel suspension device which can adjust the amplitude of the swing vibration of a car frame easily and has a simple mechanism, in a reach type lift truck which has the link mechanism constituted of an upper link and a lower link, by which mechanism a driving wheel and a driven wheel can swing vertically within the required range, the support bracket which connects the link mechanism to the driving unit of the driving wheel, and the wheel pressure adjusting spring for adjusting the wheel pressure of the respective wheels. CONSTITUTION:This suspension device has such a construction of the rear wheel suspension device in the reach type lift truck that the center of the hole 27, which is opened at one end of the driving unit of a lower link 9 and is inserted by a support bracket, is off-set downwards by the required distance L' with respect to the center of the hole 29 to be supported by the car frame.
