PURPOSE:To make automation of a production process easy, by a method wherein an auxiliary reinforcing rod to which a fitting member has been welded beforehand is welded to a main reinforcing rod in order. CONSTITUTION:A reinforced mat 1 is constituted by welding a plurality of main reinforcing rods 2 extending in a longitudinal direction of a panel and a plurality of auxiliary reinforcing rods 3 extending in the direction meeting at right angle direction with the main reinforcing rod with each other and a plurality of long nuts 4 corresponding to a fitting member are provided on fixed positions. Only one piece of the auxiliary reinforcing rod 3 not provided with the long nut 4 is arranged under a state where it meets at right angles with the main reinforcing rod 2 group and the same is welded to the main reinforcing rods 2 each. Then a pair of the auxiliary reinforcing rods 3, 3 to which the long nuts 4 are welded are arranged so that they meet at right angles with the main reinforcing rods 2 as well and welded to the main reinforcing rods 2. Since the title method is constituted so as to use a matter to which the long nut 4 is welded beforehand, automation of a production process becomes extremely easy. Then even if the process is automated, positional accuracy in arrangement of the long nut 4 can be improved sufficiently.
